Refund policy

Every effort is made to fully disclose all measurements and faults on items. Items are modelled and a description of fit is given. A description of how and where to measure yourself or your own clothing for the best fit is also given where appropriate.

Therefore, items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they become lost or damaged during transit. All items are carefully photographed before sale as proof of original condition.

We will chase  up any claims with the courier and either provide a full refund, or offer a partial refund where appropriate.
