Versace Versus 1990s vintage brown suede coat

Versace Versus vintage 1990s buttery soft brown suede coat. Has stain - low price reflects this. Cuffs are meant to be folded back but can be let down to add another 2.5” to the arm length which is useful. See below for full details.  

Labelled size 34 which equates to a UK14 approximately. Exact measurements are:
Chest 42”
Waist 39”
Hips 43”
Length 44.5”
Shoulder to cuff 25”
Should to cuff (cuff let down) 27.5”
Pit to cuff 17.5”
Shoulder to shoulder 19”

Condition is good for age barring on very large stain to the bottom right as shown. It’s not much darker than the rest of the coat but needs mentioning as it’s significant in size. Armpits clean inside and out, without significant wear. Colour fade to lining inside at the bottom/back. Some fading marks to both cuffs and a couple on the back below pocket. 
100% suede leather outer
Acetate viscose cotton lining. Dry clean only.
