John Galliano black satin silk gown

This gown bares the Ittierre SpA label, dating it between 2006 and 2014, when Galliano’s eponymous label signed a licensing deal with Ittierre. I haven’t seen this on the runway but it has a lot of similarities to Galliano’s incredible Fall 2007 RTW collection, with long satin 1920s style gowns, and make-up closely resembling his recent show stopping 2024 Margiela collection. Black fluid satiny backless maxi dress with crystal-encrusted gold-tone metal ‘G’ embellishment. Ties at the back with adjustable cross over straps. Size XS or UK6 to small UK8. All details below:

Waist 25-26”
Hips 36”
Length 60.5”
Model is size UK8/10 (29DD, 28” waist, 38” hips), 5’6” tall and it was almost impossible to do up on the chest. The hips and bust fit just, but best for a UK6/8. 

🐥 Condition is excellent, new without tags in near mint condition. No stains, holes, pulls, or odour. Care label cut off but material is 100% silk as confirmed from the red version sold elsewhere online. The material part of the zip is quite ridged and doesn’t sit quite flush to the body when worn as shown. It could be replaced with a more fluid material zip. Dry clean only.  

All items are securely wrapped and sent in reused/recycled packaging.
